Booking Terms

What you need to know before you book

• Deposit: To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% is due within 14 days. The balance is due no later than 60 days before arrival.
  
  
• Cancellation: Up to 90 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded (minus a small administration fee). After that, cancellation fees increase in stages – from 30 days before arrival and in the event of a no-show, we will charge the full amount. We therefore recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.
  
  
• Prices: All prices are quoted in USD, EUR and CHF; the currency specified in your booking confirmation is the one that applies.
  
  
• Life in the wilderness: A stay at Kwatale Main Camp takes place in an undeveloped game reserve. You take part in all activities under the guidance of our guides and at your own risk – suitable travel and accident insurance is a prerequisite for your trip.
  
  
• Force majeure: In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, official orders), we will work together to find a fair solution – details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
