The Camp

Small, refined, right in the middle of it all.

Five tents for a maximum of ten guests – no more. Kwatale is deliberately small, so the wilderness can stay vast. Every tent has both an indoor and an outdoor shower. The main area, with its reading lounge, viewing deck and pool, looks directly out onto a waterhole.

Designed around our Mopane concept by Swiss interior architect Vivere: comfort and wilderness aren't opposites here – they're the same idea.

In the evening, the fire burns, the waterhole lies before you, and above you, a sky with no light pollution. This is exactly what you came for.
